Roman Reigns Seen Bleeding After Brutal Jacob Fatu Attack on WWE RAW

The May 11, 2026 episode of WWE RAW ended with Jacob Fatu’s another brutal attack on Roman Reigns that left the OTC after what was meant to be just an acknowledgment ceremony.

The segment started with Reigns and Jimmy Uso standing in the ring while the World Heavyweight Champion asked the crowd to acknowledge him. Fans loudly chanted “OTC!” and Reigns was soaking in the moment. But things were falling apart backstage.

Before Jacob Fatu could make his way out to the ring, Jey Uso tried to stop him. He warned Fatu that going after Reigns again would only create bigger problems for the family. But Fatu wasn’t interested in listening. Instead, he headbutted Jey and said that Reigns would have to “beat” acknowledgment out of him.

As Fatu walked toward the ring, Jimmy tried to stop him near the entrance area but got a big right-hand punch and was thrown into the barricade. Fatu then stormed down to the ring where Reigns was waiting, and the two immediately started fighting.

The OTC came out strong at first with hard punches and chair shots. But instead of slowing down, Fatu only got more aggressive. He fired back with uppercuts, clotheslines, headbutts, and repeated Tongan Death Grip attacks.

The fight soon spilled outside the ring.

Fatu slammed Reigns into the barricade, ring post, and steel steps before clearing off the announce table. Reigns managed to land a Superman Punch, but he was exhausted as Fatu kept overpowering him with the Tongan Death Grip.

Jacob Fatu then lifted the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and powerbombed him straight through the announce table. Officials rushed out to stop the fight, but Fatu refused to back down. Adam Pearce tried to separate them, but Fatu broke free and attacked Reigns again. He then grabbed the world title and held it up while shouting, “All gas, no brakes.”

But Fatu still wasn’t finished.

He charged one last time and smashed Reigns and The Usos through the timekeeper’s barricade with a massive hip attack. After the impact, Reigns appeared seriously hurt. Cameras caught a deep cut and blood coming out from his left elbow area.

Their feud began after Fatu arrived from SmackDown and challenged Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship. Unlike most Bloodline rivals, Fatu has been quite dominant alone, despite the numbers not being in his favor.
