Blake Monroe Teases Location Of WWE SmackDown Debut

Blake Monroe teases the location of her WWE SmackDown debut.

For weeks, the SmackDown brand has advertised the imminent arrival of former NXT Women’s North American Champion Blake Monroe. Still, no official debut date has emerged.

According to Monroe, that could change when Barcelona, Spain hosts SmackDown on May 29.

“Here’s the thing. SmackDown is coming to Spain. And you know who else is coming to Spain? Blake Monroe. I haven’t made my Smackdown debut yet. Maybe Barcelona is the place to do that,” Monroe told Vicente Beltrán in a new interview.

“I mean, I am from Europe. Barcelona is a beautiful place. Hopefully the people are beautiful, too. Maybe you finally get to see the historic moment that The Glamour debuts on SmackDown. Maybe that’s a good enough reason to buy a ticket. And Rhea Ripley and Cody Rhodes and people like that will be there, but maybe The Glamour will be there.”

Blake Monroe could make her SmackDown debut before Barcelona

Last Friday, Monroe faced her former rival Jordynne Grace in a dark match ahead of the SmackDown broadcast, which emanated from Columbia, South Carolina. Monroe will reportedly return to the road alongside the SmackDown roster for this week’s episode in Lexington, Kentucky. It’s unknown if her blue brand debut will accompany it.

When asked to introduce herself to the upcoming audience in Spain, Monroe listed several of her strengths. As for potential weaknesses, though, “The Glamour” claimed she didn’t have any.

“Strengths. I’m beautiful. I’m charismatic, manipulative, deadly in the ring,” she said. “Weaknesses, I don’t really think I have any, to be honest. And if I did, why would I tell you? Because my enemies could be listening.”
