TNA Wrestling is ready to crown its first-ever Knockouts Television Champion. The promotion revealed the full 16-woman bracket on Tuesday ahead of the first matches on IMPACT.
TNA revealed the new Knockouts Television Championship at Slammiversary. TNA Hall of Famer Traci Brooks announced a 16-woman tournament would start on Thursday’s episode of Impact. The victor would earn the new title, which will be exclusively defended on Impact.
TNA revealed the full bracket, which includes WWE NXT’s Thea Hail and Wendy Choo.
Thea Hail is currently on the NXT roster, while Wendy Choo recently had her first reign as WWE EVOLVE Women’s Champion. TNA also brought in two notable indie wrestlers in Vicki Venuto and Gabby Forza.
The full bracket includes the following first-round matchups:
- Indi Hartwell vs. Vicki Venuto
- Harley Hudson vs. Thea Hail
- Elayna Black vs. Wendy Choo
- M by Elegance vs. Rosemary
- Jada Stone vs. Alisha Edwards
- Jody Threat vs. Gabby Forza
- Mara Sade vs. Tasha Steelz
- Heather by Elegance vs. Allie
Venuto made her TNA debut in 2024. She is based out of New Jersey and has worked two other matches for TNA, including a tag team loss to The Diamond Collective (Mila Moore & Tessa Blanchard) at TNA Genesis.
The tournament marks Forza’s debut in TNA. She is a Long Island-based wrestler who was trained by Brian Myers at Create A Pro Academy. She’s known on the indies for her “Gnomie” gimmick and is also the wife of TNA’s Bear Bronson.
Prior to the bracket reveal, TNA announced that the tournament will kick off this Thursday on Impact. Two matches, Mara Sade vs. Tasha Steelz and Heather by Elegance vs. Allie, were confirmed for the broadcast.
