All Elite Wrestling‘s Tony Khan says business is booming for the wrestling company.
Speaking during a recent appearance on Power Players with Brian Sozzi, Khan said AEW’s viewership numbers are some of the highest totals they’ve ever seen. According to Khan, they’re the best they’ve had “in a long time, if ever,” and credits a lot of that to the fact that AEW is now available on HBO Max.
“Two years ago, we weren’t streaming on HBO Max yet. So the viewership now, the true viewership is actually much higher because not only do we have the TBS viewers, but also we have streaming viewership,” Khan said (via Wrestling Observer). “So in reality, this is the hottest and most viewers we’ve had in a long time, if [not] ever. And it feels like the excitement around AEW today is at an all-time high.”
Currently, AEW is setting up for its next big pay-per-view, All In. That show will take place from Wembley Stadium in London, in what promises to be a huge event on August 30, 2026. Before that, though, AEW’s next PPV, Revolution, will take place this Sunday, and be followed by a special Grand Slam Mexico episode of AEW Dynamite on August 5.
