TNA Impact Wrestling Results (11/5) – Tag Team Title Finals, Havok vs Gail, Roode’s First Title Defense!

Rockstar Spud comes out to talk to Jeremy Borash and says he would’ve done anything for Ethan Carter, someone he called a best friend. He says Ethan turned on him for an honest mistake and for being himself, but he won’t change for anyone, then he calls Ethan a douchebag. JB says Spud won British Boot Camp because he slowly won crowds over and he’s doing it again, and he wants to say he’s ‘with Spud’ too. EC3 and Tyrus cut them off and Ethan calls the segment pathetic, then he gives Spud one more chance to apologize to him. Spud says no, so Tyrus holds Spud back, but says he’s sorry Ethan is a douchebag, and Ethan tells him he will rearrange his face. Ethan slaps JB for trying to get involved, then Spud tackles Ethan and they all fight until Eric Young runs them off with a chair.

Gail Kim vs Havok (c)

Gail rushes Havok during her entrance but Havok quickly takes her down, then she whips her headfirst into the ringpost and drops her with a forearm shot. The ref orders the match into the ring but Havok whips Gail up the ramp, then she drags her by the hair and Gail catches her with a kick. Gail goes for a thrust kick but Havok catches her and tosses her off the stage onto the floor, and she walks back to the ring as trainers rush out to check Gail as we cut to break. We get back to see Jeremy Borash trying to announce the match will be called off, but Gail stops him and says she can continue. Havok slams her on the mat before Gail avoids an elbow and hits a dropkick, then Havok knocks her on the floor and goes after her.

Gail throws Havok into the steps and dives at her from the apron, but Havok catches Gail on her shoulders and slams her facefirst into the steps. The ref starts a count but Havok intentionally breaks it at nine, then she taunts Gail and pulls her back in but Gail surprises her with a headscissors armbar submission. Havok counters with a side slam, then Gail catches her offguard with a bulldog before connecting with some forearm shots. Gail kicks Havok and heads up top, but Havok catches her before Gail sends her shoulder first into the ringpost. Gail hits a crossbody before setting up Eat Defeat, but Havok counters with a hammerlock slam for two. Havok calls for a Harlot Slayer but Gail counters with Eat Defeat, and Havok is able to kick out at two so Gail heads up top. Havok catches her on the way down, and she hits a Harlot Slayer for the win.
