After their public feud over the past several weeks, Jim Cornette posted the following photo showing Vince Russo has filed an order of protection against him.
As seen in the document pictured, Russo filed the petition on June 16th in Indiana, claiming Cornette was stalking him. PWInsider.com reported more details from the claim and said Russo alleged Cornette has been guilty of this since 1999 across several states, and referenced the June 15th episode of Cornette’s podcast as the latest incident where he felt he needed to file the order, and the order alleged that Russo was publicly threatened.
Cornette was served with the order by local police at his home tonight in Louisville, Kentucky, with the order to stay away from Russo, his wife, Russo’s home and place of employment.
Russo and Cornette have traded several insults over the course of the past several weeks including Cornette’s appearance on WWE Table For 3, Cornette’s podcast where he challenged Russo to a fight, and Russo’s ‘apology’ to Cornette.
Golly, VOLDERMORT just filed a Emergency Protective Order on me. I can’t hang out with him anymore! pic.twitter.com/jSx9CEFj0F
