Tommy Dreamer wants the video receipts.
The teases of a TNA invasion materialized on WWE NXT this week, with multiple members of the TNA locker room appearing throughout the broadcast before surrounding the ring in the main event. A slap to Mike Santana from NXT’s Trick Williams eventually sparked a brawl between the two. Stars of TNA and NXT then hit the ring and the outside area for an extended display of blows.
Amidst the chaos, Ricky Saints and Oba Femi stared down over the NXT Championship as NXT went off the air. Femi will defend the title against Saints this weekend at NXT No Mercy.
Following the televised carnage, the action continued, with the NXT live crowd seemingly witnessing the stars of TNA standing tall. TNA Head of Talent Relations Tommy Dreamer posted an image of TNA talents, such as The IInspiration, Matt Cardona, and Frankie Kazarian, looking down at a sea of NXT talents. Of course, he, like many others, also wanted to see the full video footage.
“Hey anyone have video footage of what happened once @WWENXT went off the air because of course they cut the cameras,” Dreamer wrote on X. “Offering up free @ThisIsTNA merchandise or tix.”

A fan in attendance, named Javi, quickly provided Dreamer with video of the post-NXT brawls, showing TNA’s Lei Ying Lee and NXT’s Wren Sinclair exchanging blows. Elsewhere, Trick Williams rolled out of the ring. Later on, names such as Matt Cardona, Cedric Alexander, Mike Santana stood on the ropes, inviting the NXT talents to fight them some more. NXT’s Je’Von Evans also appeared to deliver trash talk from below as security guided him away from the ring.
