TNA’s Moose Reacts To Criticism Over Wearing Old Wrestling Gear

Moose has responded to claims that he wore old wrestling gear during a recent TNA match.

The powerhouse has been on a mission ever since being kicked out by his System cohorts. After JDC introduced Bear Bronson as his replacement last month, Eddie Edwards shockingly betrayed his friends and unveiled a new version of The System.

Moose got some measure of revenge on the February 12 episode of TNA iMPACT. The former X Division Champion teamed with The Hardys and Mike Santana to face Edwards, Bronson, Brian Myers, and Cedric Alexander.

However, despite the match airing weeks after the betrayal, Moose appeared in his old System gear. Matt Cardona and Brian Myers jokingly pointed out the continuity error on a recent episode of their podcast.

Myers claimed that Moose usually orders his ring gear in bulk. Ironically, though, he apparently did not have an outfit that better fit the moment.

Moose has since responded to the criticism. Posting on X, the former TNA World Champion fired back at critics, making it clear the gear choice was entirely his decision.

“I’ll wear whatever f*cking gear I want to System or not…. Have a great day,” he wrote.

The System is set to compete in another multi-man match on this week’s episode of TNA iMPACT. Fans can catch up on WrestleZone’s full coverage of previous episodes here.
