Roman Reigns is not a fan of CM Punk’s NSFW rant after their segment on WWE RAW.
After getting beaten up and put through a table by Roman Reigns last week, CM Punk didn’t have much to say on last night’s episode of WWE RAW, as he went straight for the Tribal Chief in the main event. Despite Reigns trying to fight back, Punk got the upper hand and took his WrestleMania 42 opponent down with a GTS and powerbombed him through the commentary desk.
CM Punk stood tall over Roman Reigns to close the show. He also didn’t hesitate while arguing with a fan of the OTC in the crowd. He also made an NSFW gesture toward the fan, mocking him for supporting Reigns.
Responding to Punk’s actions, Roman Reigns took to X/Twitter to blast the World Heavyweight Champion, vowing to end his reign at WrestleMania 42.
“THIS is THE champion? In Madison Square Garden? Your Tribal Chief will end this embarrassment at WrestleMania,” he posted.
Roman Reigns and CM Punk’s road to WrestleMania 42 has been heated right from the start, as both superstars took it upon themselves to make things personal with each other. Punk started by insulting Reigns’ late father, Sika, and the OTC responded by mocking the Straight Edge Superstar about his age. If the champion’s tease is anything to go by, he and Reigns might clash in the main event of the second night of the PLE on April 19.
