Another TNA Departure Confirmed Amid Recent Company Exits

TNA Wrestling’s ongoing wave of departures has continued, with another longtime backstage contributor confirming that his time with the company has come to an end.

The latest exit follows a busy week of changes behind the scenes as the promotion undergoes what it has described as a workforce reduction.

While several high-profile names have recently made headlines, this latest departure shines a light on a figure who helped shape much of TNA’s digital presence over the last several years.

Luke Paron confirms TNA exit after five-year run

On Thursday, digital producer Luke Paron announced on social media that he was leaving the company after a lengthy stint working across several departments.

“My time with TNA has come to an end. What a run, what a dream,” Paron wrote on X. “Thank you to everyone who made this experience what it was. I will never forget it … though I will miss flexing that I was co-workers with Jeff Hardy.”

Paron later outlined the scope of his role, explaining that he “ran/edited all content on TNA+ and YouTube for 5 years, shot all TikToks and vertical shorts” while also serving as a behind-the-scenes photographer.

The longtime staff member revealed that around Rebellion last year, he was moved to the road team to lead photography and short-form social content projects involving talent.

However, in October, he requested to step away from travel responsibilities and focus on directing work in Toronto while continuing to edit TNA content remotely.

Paron added that he is now looking ahead to the next stage of his career.

“All in all, I am excited to dedicate fully to directing. Next chapter is going to be beautiful,” he wrote, while noting he still hopes to remain involved in wrestling and attend TNA events in Canada when possible.

His departure comes shortly after TNA confirmed exits involving Tommy Dreamer and Tessa Blanchard as part of a workforce reduction. Sami Callihan also confirmed his departure this week, while Steve Maclin was granted his release earlier this month.

As TNA continues to reshape its backstage structure, Paron’s exit adds another chapter to a period of significant transition behind the curtain.
