Kerry Morton says NWA‘s relationship with WWE is thriving.
Speaking on Hitting the Turnbuckle, the former NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion teased the arrival of more WWE competitors in Billy Corgan’s promotion.
“It’s nice to have a good relationship with the WWE [and] the National Wrestling Alliance. You know, Billy’s mentioned it before and it’s true,” Morton said. “I had small-talk conversations with them. It’s great to have that good relationship. They are actively looking at a lot of talent, and they’re looking at sending more talent to the National Wrestling Alliance.”

It is worth noting that WWE Superstar Natalya is scheduled to compete in a triple threat match against the reigning NWA World Women’s Tag Team Champions and Pretty Empowered (Kenzie Paige and Kylie Paige) at NWA 78 this Saturday.
This marks Natalya’s second appearance for the promotion. She previously wrestled under the Nattie Neidhart name at the 2025 Crockett Cup, where she unsuccessfully challenged Kenzie Paige for the NWA World Women’s Championship.
